Refund and Cancellation Policy

Version 2026-10-28 · applied by Zoonix LLC to the Car Buying Agent service on Korea Gulf

In short: if we do not send you 3 matching offers within 14 days, you choose a full refund or credit. Once offers are sent, the deposit is not refunded.

1. Our promise

After you pay the deposit ($30), we send you at least 3 matching offers within 14 days of paying.

2. What a matching offer is

An offer that matches the make, model, year range and budget you entered in the request form.

3. If we do not keep the promise

If we send fewer than 3 matching offers within 14 days, we send you a link on WhatsApp and you choose:

• a full refund of the deposit, or
• keeping it as credit for a new search without paying again (valid 12 months).

4. If you cancel

• Within 24 hours of paying and before any offer was sent: we refund the deposit minus a $10 cancellation fee.
• After any offer was sent: the deposit is not refunded.
• After an inspection was booked: neither the deposit nor the inspection fee is refunded.

5. After you buy the car

Once you have paid the dealer for the car, the deposit is not refundable. The car deal itself follows the dealer's terms.

6. The car price

You pay the car price to the dealer directly. We do not receive, hold or guarantee that payment.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and we confirm the amount and date on WhatsApp. It can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Our record of your request

We keep a record of each request (payment, your agreement to this policy, the offers we sent and when, messages) and use it if there is a dispute.

9. Contact

After paying you find our WhatsApp number on the confirmation page. The service is provided by Zoonix LLC.
