Is the deposit refundable?
No, except in two cases: if we send fewer than 3 matching offers within 14 days (full refund, or keep it as credit), or if you cancel within 24 hours and before any offer (refund minus $10). Details in the Refund Policy.
What is a "matching offer"?
An offer that matches the make, model, year range and budget in your request.
How do I pay for the car?
You pay the Korean dealer directly by bank transfer. We do not receive or guarantee that payment.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping and import duties are paid by the buyer. We give you the shipping cost with each offer.
How long does it take?
Offers within 14 days. Shipping usually takes 3 to 6 weeks after payment, depending on the port.
How do I contact you?
After paying the deposit you see our WhatsApp number, and we follow your request with you there.
